We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our hardworking IT Team in Vancouver, WA! The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for planning, installing, and maintaining technical infrastructure (including hardware, software, servers, storage solutions, networks, or physical facilities) that support critical business needs. This position is responsible for ensuring that all requests for service and support of core IT infrastructure are being gathered, assigned, and monitored. Ensuring the timely resolution and prioritization of issues is key to ensuring stable daily operations of the business, with the primary focus on preserving and maintaining revenue.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Director of IT to ensure successful delivery of business goals and objectives.
- Works with organizational leaders to identify infrastructure-related requests and needs.
- Collaborates with IT Leadership on overall IT strategy, identifying infrastructure dependencies.
- Supports the organization's infrastructure strategy, navigating complex priorities and support activities.
- Develop long-term infrastructure plans, considering trends and changing organizational needs.
- Identifies areas where performance can be improved leveraging modern tools and processes.
- Monitor service level agreements and key service delivery performance indicators or metrics.
- Partner with Vendors and Partners on architecture and engineering of new technologies
- Manage service delivery processes and execution related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of infrastructure related requests and incidents
- Collaborate with Department Managers to establish, maintain, and regularly update service levels (SLAs) based on business requirements.
- Recruit, train, and support technical administrators and coordinators.
- Ensure that all infrastructure processes are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly updated/improved.
- Publish daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to provide real-time analysis of performance, priorities, and SLA status of infrastructure related closed/open incidents/requests.
- Gather and review data/feedback to develop corrective action plans to improve services, tools, and stability.
- Drive maturity and end-user adoption across automation solutions and self-service capabilities.
- Budget, Manage, and Track the expenses related to resources, services, and asset acquisition.
- Manage the purchase, build, deployment, and tracking of all Infrastructure related hardware and software.
- Communicates applicable knowledge, policies, and procedures to employees.
- Demonstrate Company values through decisions and actions.
- Assist management in implementing applicable strategic initiatives
- Degree in Information Technology preferred or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of Infrastructure Management experience
- Comp TIAA A+ Certification (Core 1)
- ITIL Service Management a plus
