Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and facilitate Control Center infrastructure, IT network, applications integration projects and/or Cyber Security projects from inception to conclusion for an enterprise level regional electric utility organization.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly in Vancouver, Washington.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $54.00 - $60.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
5 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
9 years of experience is required without a degree, or applicable degree.
Experience should include project management of IT software, infrastructure and/or Cyber Security related projects and applications integrations projects using industry standard methods and tools for managing schedules, dependencies, resources, funding, and developing technical specifications and project plans.
Note: Level 2 is typically responsible for medium-sized projects (less than 25M lifecycle costs or a portion of larger projects).
'Typically,' as it refers to project size is determined by an average of the workers assigned projects and includes the complexity, visibility, and sensitivity of the projects within the past year and is not based on a single project funding amount.
9 years of experience is required without a degree, or applicable degree.
Experience should include project management of IT software, infrastructure and/or Cyber Security related projects and applications integrations projects using industry standard methods and tools for managing schedules, dependencies, resources, funding, and developing technical specifications and project plans.

5 years of project experience in supporting the full lifecycle of projects through the IT Systems Development Lifecycle (do not include Service Desk or O&M experience).
Proficient at eliciting information from stakeholders, documenting and communicating, including via Project Plans, Functional & Technical Specifications, Schedules, Resource Plans, Budgets and Presentations.
Advanced communication and customer service skills, to move assigned project(s) forward in a large agency environment with many stakeholders.
Ability to manage IT Software, Network Infrastructure projects and/or Applications Integrations projects in accordance with industry project management principles.

Advanced skills with MS Project to include fundamental operation, function, and workflow of MS Project regarding timelines, dependencies, project expectations, milestones, and resources.
