Job Summary: As the Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the governance, purchasing, retail store network, corporate network, and cybersecurity infrastructure. This includes managing both on-premise and cloud-based servers, as well as colocation facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in cybersecurity practices to ensure the integrity and security of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Governance Management:
• Develop and implement governance policies and procedures for technology (Change, Incident Management, etc).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular audits to assess and improve governance processes.
• Purchasing and Vendor Management:
• Collaborate with procurement teams to identify and evaluate infrastructure-related vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance, holding vendors accountable to service level agreements.
• Retail Store Network Management:
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the retail store network infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability, security, and optimal performance of network services in retail locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Corporate Network Management:
• Lead the planning and execution of the corporate network architecture.
• Implement and maintain secure and efficient connectivity solutions for corporate offices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support and enhance the corporate network infrastructure.
• Cybersecurity Management:
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard infrastructure assets.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Implement and monitor security measures for both on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Respond to and mitigate security incidents, ensuring a proactive approach to cybersecurity.
• Server Infrastructure Management:
• Manage a hybrid infrastructure environment, including on-premise, cloud, and colocation servers.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of server systems.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Team Management and Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure team.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Establish and communicate clear goals and expectations for the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Technology Evaluation and Adoption:
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve infrastructure efficiency and performance.
• Lead the adoption of cloud-based solutions and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in infrastructure management with a focus on governance, purchasing, network management, and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise server environments.
• Experience with colocation facilities and server room management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Solid understanding of information security best practices.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Range: $112,000 - $140,000 per year

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

You will be eligible for health and welfare benefits (provided you meet the minimum work requirement of 20 hours/week).
