W2 Hourly Pay rate range: $20-25 hourly
Description:
Responsible for developing procedures and identifying processes that align with NERC CIP standards and client business goals. Develops relationships with stakeholders to drive awareness across business units and ensure compliance goals for specific deliverables are met. Provides analysis of cybersecurity and physical security data to support the critical infrastructure for future compliance changes. Analyze complex compliance evidence to inform compliance decisions.
Responsibilities:
Directly or through others, the incumbent:
- Performs analysis to show compliance with Current and Future NERC CIP Standards.
- Enters updates to procedures and processes, and maintains the current and historical versions of the documents.
- Works with the Oncor CIP Compliance Management team on preparation of audit responses to inquiries and other items as necessary.
- Assists the Oncor CIP Compliance Management team during internal and external audits.
- Develops and maintains solid knowledge of all CIP Compliance Standards.
- Comprehends and applies principles related to CIP standards.
- Exercises judgement to determine appropriate action on procedures.
- Build/maintain culture of compliance.
- Prepares and distributes reports.
- Organize and maintain the secure database for CIP and CSIG.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum: Associate degree; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of: Previous work experience in fast-paced work environment that is highly computerized, with emphasis in technical reviews, compliance analysis, and working with confidential information.

- Keyboarding Advanced level
- Windows 2010 Intermediate level

- MS PowerPoint Intermediate level
- Technical Writing Intermediate level
- SharePoint Administrator Beginner level
- Technical knowledge of Windows and Linux Systems Desirable
