Position Overview:
The IT Business Systems Analyst Senior role within the Customer Relations division is responsible for ensuring our business units’ operations can function with the major software systems: CC&B Utility Billing, IPS Service Request, and AMANDA permitting systems. This role is a direct report to the division manager and is considered in a leadership position to help guide a positive customer experience. To achieve this, this role will monitor interfaces between CC&B and Infor IPS and develop process improvements to reduce data entry points and potential errors. The position is also responsible for any system testing requirements that directly affect the division’s business operations.

This position will be filled at one of the following levels depending upon candidate qualifications:
IT Business Systems Analyst: $31.81 - $39.76
IT Business Systems Analyst Senior: $37.14 - $47.35
