he Division of Child Care (DCC) is responsible for he developmen , oversigh , and implemen a ion of he Child Care and Developmen Fund S a e Plan, and addi ional federal child care relief inves men s which require s a es o ensure equi able access o high quali y child care, focused on child developmen and well-being. DCC is seeking an experienced and highly mo iva ed individual o join our eam as an I Adminis ra or (Business Analysis Manager Senior). his posi ion is responsible for providing leadership and guidance o he Division's Sys ems/I Adminis ra ion.

Job Du ies:
Essen ial Du ies and Responsibili ies include bu are no limi ed o:
- Provide leadership o Business Analysis Managers and program Adminis ra ors/Managers and work wi h ex ernal en i ies and 3rd par y vendors o suppor DCC applica ions.
- Review performance and progress of projec s and repor on findings.
- Manage large, complex echnical or business suppor or produc ion eams.
- Suppor s DCC's key business processes and applica ions, recommending applicable business redesigns.
- Prepare and deliver informa ive presen a ions and projec s a us reviews o process owners, cus omers and o her s akeholders.
- Perform da a analysis, repor ing and business requiremen ga hering for complex projec s.
- Develop and execu e comprehensive sys em es plans, condi ions, es scrip s and es cases.
Knowledge, Skills & Abili ies (KSAs):
Knowledge in:
- Ex ensive working knowledge of me hodologies and echniques for sys ems analysis and design, business process modeling, requiremen s ga hering/elici a ion, es ing prac ices, quali y assurance, and sof ware developmen .
- Broad and deep unders anding of all face s of managemen and leadership, as well as a vision for a specific business program/func ion.
- Good unders anding of he con en , prac ices and echniques in he Business Analys Book of Knowledge (BABoK).
- Good working knowledge of he organiza ion's rules, policies, procedures, and associa ed federal regula ions for programs adminis ered in he DCC.
Skills in:
- Proficien analy ical skills o evalua e informa ion ga hered from mul iple sources, consolida e de ails, and ex rac informa ion o func ional requiremen s.
- Developing and execu ing comprehensive es plans for various sizes and complexi y projec s.
- Advanced skills in developing and wri ing echnical documen a ion.

Selec ive Preference(s):
he ideal candida e for his posi ion will have:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 8 years of rela ed business analysis experience and 3 or more years of supervisor/managemen experience (or equivalen experience).
- Rela ed experience performing business/sys ems analysis, da a analysis, and/or applica ion sys em es ing. 5 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of experience in leading projec s.
- PMI, BABOK, Scrum Mas er, Lean Six Sigma cer ifica ions and knowledge of Child Care Services Programs is a plus. Qualifying experience may subs i u e for a Bachelor's degree.
