About the Role
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and operate the client IT infrastructure (PC, notebook, printer, mobile devices, scanner, collaboration equipment, …) following ITIL processes
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for IT infrastructure and company-owned applications (on-call duty may be required)
- Perform administrative tasks (e.g. order processing, account administration)
- Coordinate tasks with external partners/suppliers
- Support backend IT infrastructure operations
Who we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in IT client operations (Windows 10/11, Office365, Microsoft Teams, sharepoint, mobile devices, smartphones, printing, …)
- Knowledge in hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge in IT service desk / phone support
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of backend infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL)
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to Austria for training
- Fluent in English
