Titan Solar Power is currently seeking an experienced and driven [Position Title] to Join our team. 

 

Summary: 

The IT Administrator will play a pivotal role in providing essential IT support, user management, troubleshooting, and basic NetSuite administrative tasks. As an integral part of our IT department, this position will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring a seamless user experience.

 

 


 

Responsibilities: 

  • IT Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users through various communication channels, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

  • User Management: Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with security protocols. Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up their IT accounts and access to relevant systems.

  • Basic Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues, including software installations, network connectivity problems, and printer configurations. Escalate more complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.

  • Ticket Systems: Utilize ticketing systems to log, track, and manage support requests. Ensure accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and user interactions.

  • NetSuite Administration: Perform basic administrative tasks within NetSuite, such as user management, access controls, and assisting with data entry and basic customization.

  • Hardware Maintenance: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and mobile devices. Coordinate hardware repairs as needed.

  • Software Management: Assist in software deployment, updates, patches, and license management. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with software policies.

  • Security Awareness: Promote and enforce IT security best practices among end-users, emphasizing data protection, safe browsing habits, and password hygiene.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to IT processes, procedures, and user guides.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT team members to share knowledge, resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing improvements in IT operations.

  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by senior IT staff to support departmental goals and 


 

Education & Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

  • A minimum of 2 experience in IT administration or technical support roles.

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+ or NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus.

  •  Technical Skills: Experience with MacOS, basic networking concepts, and familiarity with ticketing systems. Prior exposure to NetSuite administration is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and team members.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate on projects.

  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and user support.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and business needs.


 

Physical Requirements: 

  •  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. 

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
