It System Administrator (Internal Only)

This position is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data as well as its security and privacy in electronic format. Ensures that all assigned permissions/rights adhere to current policies and procedures, by performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Implements policies and procedures as they relate to the Information Technology Department.
• Manages user accounts, permissions, access rights, storage allocations and ensures segregation of duties.
• Coordinates, documents and reports of investigations of possible security violations.
• Works with law enforcement and legal representatives in investigations of possible security violations.
• Researches and analyzes applications, software, hardware and technology and provides recommendations based on company goals, industry best practices, cost and regulatory requirements.
• Conducts audits of users, groups and permissions for both gaming and non-gaming systems in order to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related major preferred.
• Experience in information system administration required.
• Ability to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows; Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, Appreciate our guest.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
• Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
