It Administrator

Adecco is looking for a full-time IT Administrator in Rocky Mount, VA!
The Information Technology Administrator will provide user, network, server, database administration and hardware installation, as well as maintain and inventory end-user environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions. Also responsible for managing SAP servers, backups, restorations and maintain security compliance and awareness.

Salary Range: $54,00-$75,000/year
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Essential Functions

• Primary contact for all IT and IT support calls
  
• User administration for all accounts in all information systems
  
• Database administration
  
• After hours and weekend IT support
  
• Installation, repairs, and maintenance of laptops, workstations, printers, computer
  peripherals, servers, phone equipment, and other end-user equipment
  
• New user set up using Active Directory and Office 365 and Nextiva cloud phone system
  
• Support for all server and network issues
  
• Maintains and upgrades servers and network equipment
  
• Provides end-user IT support and training
  
• Maintains security compliance
  
• Maintains computer documentation on the following:
  
• IT Support documentation
  
• Install checklists
  
• PC and Server System Maintenance
  
• Hardware/Software Inventory
  
• Prepares and submits vendor warranty claims, parts, and documentation associated
  with warranty repairs with authorization from vendors when required
  
• Makes sure that project objectives and deadlines are met when assigned
  
• Regular and satisfactory attendance
  
• On-call IT Support which includes remote work, travel, or on-site assistance as dictated
  by the solution needed
  
• SAP database administration and database maintenance including new user licensing
  and permissions
  
• Must work with SAP vendor for any change requests or updates
  
• Building access control administration
  
• Security system administration
  
• Camera system administration
  

Requirements and Capabilities Desired

• 5 or more years of experience with Windows networking, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS,
  MDT, WDS, Linux command line, phone systems, PC and server equipment
  troubleshooting and repairs, database administration and programming with PHP, SQL,
  MySQL and Cake PHP.
  

Pay Details: $26.45 to $36.05 per hour
