- Bachelor's Degree in area of competence or equivalent experience required.
- Three (3) years recent experience as a business Systems Analyst or similar position required.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience in assigned systems preferred.
- Experience working with relational databases in a client server environment preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to perform group presentations, tactfully discuss issues, and listen to and understand concepts, rules and procedures. Ability to work with all levels within the organization, facilitate communication, and effectively document related activities.
- Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, employ creativity and alternative thinking to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Defines and documents business requirements and all related processes in both current and desired future states. Responsible for software implementation. Assists and participates in the business reengineering process and with the preparation of training and education services. Coordinates the preparation of business user acceptance test procedures/scripts. Documents support requirements and recommends appropriate support mechanisms.
