Job Summary
Coordinates inventory management processes related to client support, including data collection, data entry, data maintenance, and collection of signatures. Communicates with customers, 3rd party vendors and internal business partners on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinates inventory management processes including the daily collection of customer data to support inventory set-up, change requests, new enrollments, cancellations, buy/sells and trouble-shooting.
2. Converses with customers via email and phone to complete assigned inventory tasks.
3. Resolves non-publishing issues including claim fails to achieve daily freshness goals.
4. Creates and updates CRM cases to support an effective customer experience.
5. Conducts quality control audits and billing reconciliation of third party invoices.
6. Processes 3rd party data integration requests (DMS).
7. Maintains legal document compliance by obtaining required signatures from legal departments and 3rd parties.
8. Directs unresolved issues through the escalation process including providing status updates to customers.
9. Participates in project assignments including new OEM launches, identifying workflow efficiencies, and revenue retention initiatives.
Education
Requires a high school diploma or GED (General Educational Development).
Experience
Requires a minimum of one (1) year of educational training or work experience in the fields of business, computer information systems, customer support, operations, inventory, administration or sales.
Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
- Comfort working with computers (identifying inventory feed issues & troubleshooting).
- Ability to analyze claim file data from 3rd party providers (ex: CDK, Autosoft, Reynolds).
- Ability to input customer information into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail when interacting with customer data and systems.
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- 100% remote (requires reliable internet access with a secure work environment).
- Position may require a work shift between the hours of 8am-8pm EST.
- Must be available to work company holidays if requested.
