Tomarco/ISAT Total Support is a leading provider of seismic engineering consulting services and the related products and hardware used for nonstructural seismic bracing and the support of Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping systems. Our focus is geared toward building utility systems within the commercial and industrial construction markets. Our primary focus includes but is not limited to, HVAC, mechanical, piping, distributed electrical systems, plumbing, process piping & fire protection contractors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with the industry leader and be at the cutting edge of a unique industry on the highest visibility projects. Our focus is hospitals, biotech, microelectronic, military/government, and large-scale general commercial construction.
The Inventory Specialist performs inventory duties that require the exercise of independent judgment, through knowledge of inventory, and bookkeeping procedures. Familiarity with work relationships within the field of inventory specialization. Handles confidential data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES (other duties may be assigned as required):
- Processes all Inventory Stock Transfers from the corporate office to branches and the Outlying branch to the Outlying branch.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Preparing Audits reports and presenting their findings to reduce cost and maximize profit.
- Creates new item numbers within SAGE following the standards set by the company.
- Acts as inventory expert in the Operation of the SAGE Software System.
- Reconciles daily and monthly all Branch Inventory Reports to insure balancing month to month.
- Prepares monthly Inventory Reports to Management.
- Ensures timely cost accounting as required on all inventory aspects.
- Provides Managers and departments with inventory information required to operate their areas of responsibility.
- Establishes and administers inventory procedures.
- Manages Branch Cycle Counts Monthly.
- Help coordinate the annual physical inventory count and reconciliation.
- Inform Management of any potential issues with inventory and within the department or operations.
- Acts as a key point of contact for inventory-related topics for all sites.
- Will oversee provisions for training and training documentation for inventory-related transactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+years Inventory Specialist experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- High School diploma (or higher).
- Strong PC skills, proficiency with Windows, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Further Qualifications: The successful candidate must pass a background check.
