Inventory / Customer Support Specialist

Location: Doraville, GA
Pay Range: $24-$26 per hour

Hours: Full-time working Monday-Friday 8am -4:30 pm. No Travel or Overtime

The MECO Atlanta team is expanding and is looking to add a team member who wants to be part of a fun and hard-working culture. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role involves managing inventory and assisting customers with inquiries and support. In addition to daily duties, this individual may be called upon to offer personal Customer Support with direct purchases. Candidates must be initiative-takers that have a passion for providing great customer service, works well as a team, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working directly with warehousing for receipt and inspection of inventory
• Managing inventory levels and processing inventory transfers and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Complete administrative task such as filing paperwork, processing returns, and purchasing order input
• Input orders, collect payments, and arrange for delivery or pick-up if needed
• Processes returns, exchanges, and internal inventory transfers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to address any issues or concerns

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training and certification provided
• Reliable transportation to and from work in Doraville, GA
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Requirements:

• Sound integrity and professional ethics
• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete projects on time
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
