Inventory Support Specialist
Overview:
The Inventory Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing cycle counts. Ensures transactions in the system are accurately and timely executed. Ensures Inventory Adjustments are documented, accurately and timely posted. Collaborate with Production teams to ensure parts kits a pulled and ready to issue. Unload trucks and accurately receive parts into inventory.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform daily cycle counts in accordance with our procedures.
2. Identify and properly correct inventory discrepancies at the location level as needed, including count, location, hidden damages, etc.
3. Work with key personnel to identify and effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels.
4. Pull parts and assemble kits for production.
5. Manage intake of parts and other inventory items.
6. Count, weigh or measure items on incoming shipments and verity information against purchase orders and other records.
7. Check in daily returns.
8. Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled.
9. Move pallets with forklift or powered jacks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
