Inventory Specialist
Reporting To: Director of Replenishment
Direct Reports: No
Status: Full-Time
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt
Division: Corporate
Job Purpose:
The Inventory Specialist will provide data entry and administrative support to the Inventory Management team.
Key Job Responsibilities:
▪ Data Entry with beginner Excel skillset
▪ Processing receiving paperwork
▪ Managing customer service requests
▪ Entering special orders
Requirements:
▪ Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
▪ Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Computer skills, systems aptitude, and experience
▪ Ability to work independently and with a high level of energy and initiative
▪ Associate degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
▪ Advanced PC skills and Microsoft Office a must.
▪ Basic Excel and Data Entry skill set needed.

Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements:
Typical 9-hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The heavy lifting of 50lbs or more may be required. Employee also share the responsibility to perform routine housekeeping activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and changing trash can liners.
