Schedule Flexibility:
- Choose between a 4-, 4.5-, or 5-day work week
- Engage in a dynamic clinical and surgical setting with high patient volume
- Clinic call only, with a 1:3 rotation among providers, and no hospital call or open globes
- A secure 3-year agreement
Financial Package:
- Competitive base salary starting at $400,000 DOE, guaranteed for the first year
- Transition to a net collections model after the first year, at 30+%
- Attractive sign-on and relocation assistance available
