Essential Functions:
1) Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, and invoice customers when orders ship.
2) Maintain inventory by creating Work-In-Progress Reports and create material adjustments.
3) Resolve issues that arise from freight invoices after items are shipped out
4) Maintain vendor invoice processing by confirming material receipt and correcting errors if those are found
5) Create certificate of origins if client requires it
6) Utilize JobBoss Software to track new customers, vendors, materials, etc.
7) Update JobBoss Software with pricing changes and quotes
8) Order office supplies
9) Invoice customers for products sold
10) Greet visitors who arrive to facility and make sure they are properly directed
11) Other tasks as assigned
Competencies
1) Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products
2) General Manufacturing Process Knowledge is a plus
3) 1 year of customer service experience
4) Experience with inventory tracking
Pay Rate: $20/hour to $25/hour depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
