SUMMARY: The Inventory Administrator Intern will assist with our portfolio and unit count, analyzes our vacancy and works with Leadership, Sales, and Operations to determine the desired unit count each month. The Inventory Administrator also builds a relationship with Property Management and negotiates rates and services. The Inventory Administrator Intern is a direct line of support to our inventory team.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Employee may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. - Be the point of contact and administrator of the inventory for Synergy
- Find inventory with current partners and secure it as needed
- Submit applications and payment requests as needed to secure inventory
- Build inventory in operating system.
- Audit new inventory for consistency and accuracy
- Compile and maintain monthly data (inventory, occupancy, ADR, revenue)
- Compile Daily Revenue Pace Report data by market
- Compile Weekly KPI stats by market
- Compile month end reporting by market.
- Awareness of weekly reservation activity data by market
- Organize workload and be adaptable to changes in process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Excel including functions and lookups
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to build rapport while being a firm negotiator.
