We work with various Fortune 500 companies throughout the country and have sales offices nationwide We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to fill the position of Inventory Administrator.
This is not a sales position. Our clients include various companies who require our direct sales agents have physical products to market.
The Inventory Data Analyst will manage and maintain inventory throughout our network of offices and will implement procedures and processes for Inventory/ Collateral Management.
The duties for this position are as follows:
- Identify Client Inventory ordering standards
- Updating our inventory systems to track all orders
- Weekly Inventory Audits (This includes cross-referencing each office's inventory on hand, identifying and reporting discrepancies within the inventory reporting)
- Processing new orders
- Calculating inventory for each office
- Following up on order requests
- Assisting offices with inventory tracking
- Ordering materials, uniforms, collateral, etc.
- Creating instructional material for proper inventory management, including videos, pamphlets, training manuals, etc.
- Provide training to Administrators and Managers regarding our Inventory management systems.
Required knowledge, skills, and attributes:
- Computer proficiency MUST include Microsoft Office (with a minimum of intermediate to advanced Excel skills).
- Must have good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized, dependable, and able to follow instruction with attention to detail.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both in writing and orally, with company managers and employees.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and demonstrate high integrity when interacting with sensitive and confidential information
