Position Summary
The role of the Cultivation Software and Inventory Administrator is to work alongside the Cultivation Manager and Cultivation Supervisor to ensure that all aspects of software compliance and Inventory are being properly cared for and maintained. Operational strategies and procedure development will be a critical role for this position. Strong communication skills and cultivation operations knowledge is a must. Main tasks include but are not limited to the daily data collection and entry of data in all phases of cultivation, seed to sale compliance and reporting, plant inventory auditing, organization of plant inventory and movements as well as any additional tasks that keep the Cultivation Department running smoothly, without errors in a team environment. All tasks are to be safely performed while maintaining state compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- METRC and Seed to Sale System Operation and Compliance
- Department Inventory of Plants and Plant Movements
- Inventory Audits and Reconciliation
- Data Reporting and Communication of Results
- QA/QC Reporting and Communication of Systems and System Functions
- Following Organizational Instruction without Error
- Training Development and Implementation
- Work Efficiently and Accurately
- SOP Compliance
- Other Duties as Assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Good communication skills.
- Good personal hygiene skills
- Good record keeping skills.
- Good organization skills/maintaining a clean workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
