Inventory / Materials Administrator

The Inventory / Materials Administrator will perform inventory control activities with external vendors. A successful candidate will establish a strong understanding of all activities related to the flow of inventory and job specific materials. Performs cycle counts and develops a reporting system to maintain and ensure accurate inventory of the materials, inspects inventory and job specific materials as they arrive and processes accordingly. Plays a significant role in problem solving to determine root cause and corrective actions for any inventory issues. Provides direction to team members who handle inventory parts and job specific materials.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate inventory count and timely processing of inventory materials.
• Tracks the flow of incoming and outgoing parts to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Responsible for the electronic flow of materials within the Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
• Investigates the root cause of discrepancies between physical and digital counts of other inventory issues.
• Works closely with the Warehouse and internal Manufacturing to maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels.
• Creates and maintains process reports – must have excel skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
