SalaryBCV is opening a position for anIntermediate Architectural Designer with an interest in Architecture or Interior Architecture with 3-6 years of experience to join our firm in New York City or San Francisco. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and versatile designer, capable of supporting jobs from concept studies and presentations through technical execution. Fluency in Revit/AutoCAD and Adobe CC is required, experience with hospitality and/or residential projects is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited college/university
- 3-6 years of professional experience
- Experience with restaurant/hospitality and/or residential projects a plus
- Experience creating millwork/custom furniture drawings and specifications
- Experience researching, presenting, and specifying FF&E
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC is required
- SketchUp or other modeling/rendering experience is highly preferred
