Senior Architectural Designer

Fabulous Opportunity for an Intermediate or Senior level Architect in a Boutique, "Loft" Design Firm in Manhattan.

High-End Design projects including residential and commercial properties. Fortune 500 clients and companies in our active project list with projected growth to double in 2023 and beyond.

Hybrid workday (1 per week) allowed within acceptable production and performance parameters. Must be fluent in all AutoCAD products, (3D rendering skills a bonus, although not required).

Required outstanding experience in project management, including client contact, staff assistant coordination, working drawings, shop drawings, permitting process, construction management and specifications. Knowledge of LEED and/or Green Building practices and building economics would be an added bonus for job consideration.
