Attending Home Care looking for experienced Intake Specialists to join our Intake department.
Must be well-versed in Medicaid and MLTC eligibility, including ePaces, restriction codes, CFEEC transfer forms, Maximus procedures, and MLTC enrollment.
Duties include receiving and reviewing referrals, following up with the necessary parties, ensuring smooth transition from referral to patient, and communicating continually with future clients.
Must be highly organized and have aggressive follow up skills.
2 years Home Care experience required.
