We are looking for a bilingual Intake Specialist to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. If you are familiar with the whole homecare intake process, have good phone skills, great personality, you are tech-savvy, and are comfortable making about 30 calls per day we’d like to meet you.

The Intake Specialist is a customer-oriented service representative. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Quickly identify customer needs and requirements and make appropriate decisions.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Share the benefits of joining our wonderful company.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Keep records of interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects.
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in conversational Spanish
• Home care experience required
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a large number of calls per day
• Ability to set goals & follow-up
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
