Intake Support Specialist

Overview
We are looking for custmer focused individual for our open Intake Support Specialist position. The Intake Support Specialist position is responsible for managing new families who are in the enrollment stages as they seek ABA therapy services through Proud Moments. This role will specifically assist those families needing dedicated support with collecting enrollment documentation and will work with those who require extended deadlines. The Intake Support Specialist will also act as stand-in intake specialist as needed.
Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities
As a Intake Support Specialist at Proud Moments ABA, you'll be challenged to realize your potential:

• Understand Proud Moments' services and clearly communicate with families seeking
• Support clients in collecting enrollment documentation, specifically those outside of standard deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify clients outside of standard deadlines.
  • Assist client with final enrollment tasks and transfer back to local intake team when ready to service.
• Accelerate access to ABA services by providing coverage for Intake Specialists when needed.
• Add calls to lead tracker and indicate viability of client and add notes.
• Perform records maintenance and profile management.
• Provide document uploading and classification services for team.

Qualifications
As an ideal Intake Support Specialist candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare related intake role
• Good understanding of HIPAA and how it applies
• Effective administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS office, Smartsheet and related business and communication tools
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong soft skills - personable, engaging, and professional

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 Annually
