As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Client Intake Coordinator/ Receptionist to join our beautiful Dallas office!
Position Overview: As a Client Intake Coordinator within our operations Department, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients interested in purchasing precious metals in their individual retirement accounts. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the initial steps and ensuring they are liaised in the right direction for their inquiry.
Responsibilities:
Communication: Answer client calls and ensure their needs are properly met. Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email to provide updates and answer questions as needed.
Documentation: Review and verify client-provided documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, compliance, and operations, to streamline the client success process.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of client files to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Customer Service: Address client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in banking, reception, financial services, client intake, onboarding, or customer service roles preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and precious metals investments is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
