Intake Coordinator

Thank you for your interest in the Intake Coordinator position with our organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-friendly staff person for this program. This program will provide assistance to very low-income individuals and families applying for our State of Illinois Low Income Home Energy Assistance, Low Income Water Assistance, Weatherization, and Community Services Block Grant Programs. This position involves receptionist duties, collecting applicant information, determining income eligibility, and managing a waiting list. The preferred candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, have computer experience and experience working with the public. The position is full time 37.5 hours per week (Monday through Friday). The starting salary is $16.00-18.00 per hour, with full medical benefits.
