Intake and Scheduling Coordinator

Cray Physical Therapy has an immediate opening in our administrative department for an Intake and Scheduling Coordinator. We are seeking someone who is eager to join a collaborative team of professionals in a fast-paced but comfortable work environment.

Cray Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice owned by Shawn Cray, DPT, located in Braintree, Weymouth, and Norwell. Since opening our doors in 2010, we have provided specialized treatment for orthopedic and sports-related injuries. In 2022, we expanded our practice to include pelvic floor PT, a specialized type of care that is widely unavailable to patients in our area. Our treatment visits are conducted on a one-to-one basis with an emphasis on patient satisfaction, striving to provide our patients with the best possible outcome and experience.

This is a full-time, in-person position with mid-morning to late-afternoon shifts. Working in person is non-negotiable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;

• answering a multi-line phone
• checking in patients
• collecting co-pays
• managing therapists' schedules
• verifying patients' insurance benefits
• obtaining insurance authorizations
• tracking patient appointments.

Previous customer service experience is desirable, but applicants with strong interpersonal skills will also be considered.

Salary: $20.00 per hour with the opportunity to increase salary in the first six months based on performance
