Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with engineering, technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to develop training outlines and hands-on procedures for new and updated products.
· Work closely with technical writers to transform your outlines into comprehensive training systems.
· Stay current with industry trends and research new concepts and topic areas, as we have a wide range of ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field from a four-year college or university (B.S.).
· Minimum of 3 years of networking/programming.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with industrial networking and proficiency in using networked PLCs and HMI.
· Knowledge of PLC programming, particularly with Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix, and familiarity with network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
