SalaryNesco is partnering with a client in Montoursville, PA. As an Insurance Servicing Representative you are interacting with customers to provide telephone support for customers, as well as support alternative modes of communication, regarding automobile insurance policies to ensure compliance with their minimum coverage requirements. Representatives contact customers that are not in compliance, assist with change or cancelation of coverage, and troubleshoot account issues related to automobile insurance coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information in accordance with current compliance standards.
- Handle inbound calls from the Insurance and Servicing queues, assisting customers with auto insurance coverage standards compliance.
- Communicate with customers through outbound calls, email, text, and chat regarding insurance information or account issues.
- Document all interactions or transactions within the servicing system.
- Provide support for device issues related to insurance, code information, and basic troubleshooting.
- Input customer's insurance information accurately and in a timely manner into the servicing system.
- Working knowledge of automobile insurance is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Ability to use a multi-line phone system with a headset.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
Hours:Full-time position (40 hours/week) during Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (on a rotating basis)
Pay:$16/hr
