```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Assistant. As a Customer Service Representative Assistant, your main objective is to provide support and assistance to producers and CSR's. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and process telephone and email requests.
- Check carrier websites daily and process any documents to be given to CSR's.
- Assist CSR's and Producers with customer billing questions.
- Process Audit letters for non-compliant audits.
- Process and prepare commercial renewals for review.
- Process Drivers list requests and process changes after returned.
- Assist producers with driver exclusions.
- pull cancelled application and file in 7 year archive.
- Manage prospect files.
- Manage prospect leads and mailing of post cards.
- Scan certificates to Insurance company weekly.
- Assist in clerical activities associated with the agency such as photocopying, faxing, printing labels for mailings.
- Prepare renewal binders for producers
- Order loss runs when requested
- process renewals, new business and final audit letters
- Participate in and successfully complete education programs as requested by the Agency
Manager
- Perform other duties as requested.
Performance standards:
- Submit reports to Agency Manager in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to established Agency policies
and procedures.
Experience:
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

This position is located in Tannersville, PA.
