Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Medicare Insurance agency.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch Customer Service.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding Medicare products
- Assist customers with appointment setting
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to make sure customer needs are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued

-Must obtain PA Health license within 4 months of employment start date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
