What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the chance to:

- Provide unparalleled Customer Service by accurately verifying eligibility and explaining our benefits processes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure swift issue resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, handling complex inquiries with ease.
We're seeking candidates who bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience in telephone Customer Service, preferably within the healthcare insurance sector.
- Proficiency in eligibility, claims, and insurance systems, including dental and prescription coverage.
- Familiarity with a range of health insurance programs, from Indemnity to Medicare, and beyond.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational abilities.
- Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
