- Manage inbound and outbound calls, handling complex inquiries with ease.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience in telephone Customer Service, preferably within the healthcare insurance sector.
- Proficiency in eligibility, claims, and insurance systems, including dental and prescription coverage.
- Familiarity with a range of health insurance programs, from Indemnity to Medicare, and beyond.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational abilities.
- Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
