Looking for a person with or without experience in the insurance industry having a P and C license is important but not a deal killer. Must be willing to learn and will be working with customers daily.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide product information
- Process customer orders and payments accurately
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
