We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.
CAN MAKE UP TO $100,000
Range: $60k - $100K per year

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales and solve or refer problems.
Requirements
A 4-40 or 2-20 License is a BONUS but WE CAN HELP YOU OBTAIN and will reimburse the cost.
Prior sales experience preferred.
Must be very competitive in nature and have a strong desire to be number one!
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills.
Ability to be persuasive, persistent, and confident in completing a sale.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
