Position Overview:
Title: Licensed Experienced ACA Insurance Sales Agent
Location: 2700 NW 62nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM
What We Offer:
- Exceptional Earning Potential: Compensation ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 weekly.
- Commission Structure: Earn $20/deal up to 100 deals, $25/deal for 101-125, and $30/deal for 126+; plus $8 per dependent and $25 for referrals. Achieve spiffs at 80, 100, and 126 deal markers.

Your Role:
- Adhere strictly to our sales script for consistent success.
- Commit to full-time hours with punctuality and enthusiasm.
- Drive compliant enrollment into approved marketplace policies, aiming for a low cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Meet a minimum of 15 deals per day, leveraging our top-tier lead generation process.
Requirements:
- Licenses: Active 215 or 240 license.
- Certification: Valid FFM certification for 2024 in 15+ states.
- Performance: Capable of handling 15 deals per day minimum, experienced with poverty SEP leads, TLD, and Health Sherpa.
