The Greg White Insurance Agency is currently seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals for a part-time position as a Sales Support Agent. Our insurance office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual for our agency. Agency has been in business 29 years. Great position for someone that has been in the industry for along time but ready to reduce hours and work a Part Time flexible schedule. I need someone 15 hours per week. Typical schedule MWF five hours a day. This schedule can be modified to best fit our needs as well as yours.
We are classified as an Elite Agency.
Prior Allstate Insurance Agency experience as a Customer Service Representative a plus.
Insurance industry experience is not required, rather the right motivation and fit for the job. If you are open and coach-able, I am willing to train the right person.If you are great at building and maintaining relationships and detailed oriented, then you are a great fit!
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assist sales agents with back end administrative duties such as scanning, following up on legal documents that need to be signed and application, help set up their online account and register for paperless settings, help with cancelling their prior insurance company, tracking mortgage company payments and other miscellaneous items to ensure a smooth successful transition to Allstate.
- 15 hours per week
- Monday Wednesday Friday schedule five hours per day
- Must be in office
Requirements
- general lines property and casualty license would be good, but not required for the job.
- Prior insurance experience not required but preferred.
- Looking for long term fit for Part Time
- Outgoing, detailed oriented who is punctual, honest, motivated, and a self starter.
- Assessment application is required to interview which will provide information on where best to place you. Only serious candidates need apply.
- 2-3 references from your prior managers
