The Job at a Glance 

Our Customer Experience Email Specialists (internally known as your Parts Town Pen Pal) primarily assist customers with requests placed via e-mail. Working as part of a team, our Customer Experience Email Specialists are charged with ensuring that every email is replied to accurately and within our turnaround time frame. Success within this demanding position requires a passion for providing great customer service, the capacity to multi-task, and a dedication to accuracy. You will also foster a team environment while evaluating and developing both people and processes to continue to strengthen our customer’s experience.  

  

A Typical Day 

  • Provide personalized support to an Elite group of customers while building and maintaining personal relationships.
  • High volume of request emails (80+day).
  • Achieving optimal customer response times by working cohesively as a team.
  • Act quickly within our turnaround times on urgent requests sent by the customer.

  

To Land This Opportunity 

  • You have a passion for making sure the customers are always taken care of and have the right parts.
  • You go the extra mile and have an extremely high attention to detail.
  • You thrive within a team atmosphere.
  • You must have great sense of urgency when time calls for it on particular email/processes.
  • You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • You have the ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy.
  • You display exceptional conflict resolution skills.
