Sales Support Job Description
As Sales Support your primary role within the agency is to provide administrative support to the sales department with all New Business Sales to ensure compliance for the agency. Including Endorsements/Billing within the first 30 days of sale, monthly spot check endorsements on New Business Sales, checking on inspections and providing customer service to all new customers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Sales Producers
- Onboarding for all new business,
- Assisting in compliance for all new business sales
- Handling property inspections
- Handling endorsements and responding to billing inquiries in the first 30 days following a sale
- Providing customer service to all new customers
- Declaring coverage approvals, ITV variance/ITV issues
- Daily Quoting reports
- Verifying discounts on monoline policies
- Prior insurance cancellations
- Working hand in hand with sales managers or agents to address any training opportunities
- Be flexible and maintaining a positive attitude
