- Manage Instructional Design team and delegate/oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Monitor day-to-day LMS operations
- Research, design, develop, implement, and evaluate technical and non-technical training programs using a blended learning approach
- Manage the implementation of training projects, including planning, program design, delivery, and evaluation
- Use strong Instructional Design methodology, including interactive activities, job aids, reference guides, and competency-based evaluations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FCBI's operations, compliance, and departmental functions
- Review, develop, and revise training materials as business needs require and to ensure all content is up-to-date with applicable government regulations and bank policies
- Provide reporting to senior management, the bank's compliance team and outside auditors on compliance training programs
- Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness
- Collaborate and establish rapport with subject matter experts throughout FCBI
- Interact effectively with third party vendors to ensure the success of current Learning Management systems
- Research, test and build a business case for keeping or introducing new technologies that continue to innovate training delivery and tracking
- Review and determine the validity of external training (seminar/webcast) request for the entire company
- May require travel up to 25%

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Bachelor Degree in related field or minimum of 4 years equivalent work experience
- 5 years experience in the application of current Instructional Design and eLearning theories, methodologies, adult learning and best practices in the design of skills-based training programs and eLearning media
- Experience in a supervisory/management position
- Extensive knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with large scale SQL database
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Audiate, and Snag-it
- Proven writing skills following generally accepted rules of style and format
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data for reporting purposes
- Ability to write reports, business cases, and procedure documents
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, editing, and project management skills
- Ability to make complex decisions independently
- Ability to organize, rank, and manage rapidly changing priorities
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with coworkers and work effectively in a team environment
