Job description

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

Adobe.com is one of the most trafficked sites in the world, with trillions of visits to over a million pages every year. Adobe.com's Enterprise UX team crafts and delivers cohesive and appealing user journeys to enterprise and business prospects and customers across Adobe.com.

We’re looking for a strong UX design leader with Enterprise and B2B UX experience to join us.

Do you understand what an enterprise or B2B prospect needs, or more importantly, if you know the right questions to ask to find that out. If you have the desire for useful and even inclusive user journeys within an enterprise viewpoint, and if you enjoy to inspire and direct a team to deliver against that remit? This role could be strongly aligned for you.

What you'll do

This role requires the ability to understand Adobe’s enterprise product marketing strategy and the business needs that our website can best solve, as well as how to apply a UX lens to solving those problems. You’ll develop deep partnerships with product managers, engineers, content design, and our design team to help create a cohesive end-to-end journey.

We need a natural leader who can encourage, inspire, and nurture a team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, a passion for engaging user experience (and the UX Research that led there), and a consistent track record of working in an enterprise context.

What you need to succeed

  • Partner with Product Management to plan and craft end-to-end user journeys on Business.adobe.com.
  • Be an active contributor in business and strategic reviews, partnering closely with PMs to understand the needs of the business and how to tackle them through strong UX thinking. Represent the team and work to senior leadership at Adobe.
  • Partner with content design to build and optimize the templates and components they need to deliver the right content at the right time to the right visitor.
  • Partner with the Design Systems team to build these templates and components into our system, allowing for use and optimization at scale.
  • Lead UX Research around key business priorities and use qualitative and quant data to best support impactful user journeys.
  • Lead and strengthen a team of world-class UX designers to craft compelling experiences for varied audiences.
  • Build a successful, collaborative environment that encourages deep partnership with cross-functional teams and sets a high bar for design craft.
  • Champion customer-centricity, accessibility and inclusion, and good design choices across functions.

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world’s ability to create and collaborate. We’re diverse team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe’s three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,100 -- $231,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Adobe aims to make Adobe.com accessible to any and all users. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation to navigate our website or complete the application process, email accommodations@adobe.com or call (408) 536-3015.
