This person will assist in acquiring and retaining clients and optimizing profitability for the company through developing and implementing engineering services so that client's needs and expectations are exceeded. Lead and work closely with the designated project team. Strategically meet objectives of the Business Level Strategy and the Corporate Level Strategy. Serve as a resource and guide, sharing expertise and experience with direct reports. Educate designated team while keeping up-to-date with the latest civil engineering practices and company engineering tools and technology.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a Hydrology & Hydraulics project team.
- Desired experience should include storm drainage design, stormwater management, BMP analysis and design, and stream restoration.
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic studies utilizing HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS and XPStorm.
- Prepare and process CLOMR and LOMR applications through local agencies and FEMA.
- Prepare Storm Water Management Plans for sites with complex drainage.
- Exercise knowledge of construction process as it relates to permitting and surveying requirements.
- Practice strong management and client customer service skills.
- Exhibit great attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects and multiple team members.
- Review and approve payables and receivables.
- Marketing and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience in land development.
- Proficiency in HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS required.
- XPStorm experience a plus.
- P.E. license required.
- If operating a motor vehicle for the purpose of completing job duties, must possess a valid Texas Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
