Description:
Make outbound calls necessary to make/exceed appointment criteria
•Prospect for new survey opportunities within assigned territory
•Average 100 call minimum per day
•Set minimum average of 1.5 qualified survey appointments per day (37 surveys per Month)
•Manage Dynamics/Outlook Calendar for Outside Sales
•Manage Dynamics contact notes, tasks and prospecting information
•Document call information in Dynamics Timeline
•Initiate invites to Outside Sales Reps for all appointments set
•Manage task/activity list for territory to insure outbound prospecting calls are made in a timely manner
•Forward all service and install requests to Sales Admin
