Cloud303 is a rapidly growing cloud-based consulting company that partners with
Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver top-notch cloud solutions to businesses. We
are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team and
contribute to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cloud303’s products and services, as well as AWS solutions, in order to effectively sell to potential customers.
Generate new business leads through a variety of means, including outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads and prospects to determine their level of interest and buying potential.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support.
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
Work collaboratively with the sales team, technical team, and AWS to provide customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue projections.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
2+ years of experience in Inside Sales preferred - cloud, tech, or consulting sales a plus but not explicitly required.
AWS Cloud Practitioner or other Cloud-based certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and connect with customers.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) and sales automation tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with AWS solutions and cloud computing technology preferred.
Compensation:
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position.
Salary Range for this position is $50k - $75k plus commissions
