Emerson Property Management is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts for a fast-paced growing property management company. In this role, you will be expected to generate your own leads through telemarketing & in-person networking, work company-generated leads, meet with prospects, build relationships with referral sources, and assist in the creation of marketing material and videos.

The ideal candidate will be will be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit, a winning personality, and a fast learner capable of translating learned strategies into impactful actions.
Sales/Business Development Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service Existing and Emerson Property Management Generated Leads: Contact prospects through phone, text, video, and in person meetings with the goal of turning a prospect into a client.
- Lead Generation: Assist with Social Media campaigns, networking, public presentations, warm, and cold calling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Emerson's service offerings
- Conduct in-person, phone, or video conference meetings with potential Property Management clients to discuss investment, and provide a market analysis of what their property should be able to achieve in the current rental market
- Foster and maintain relationships in the Real Estate and Investor community
- Attend Real Estate focused networking events
- Conduct in person presentations at offices of Referral Partners.
- Regular internal communication with our Property Management team on the status of pipeline prospects/new onboarding owners
- Assist in the creation of Customer Loyalty Campaigns to improve the overall Retention of Owner Clients.
- Applicants must demonstrate proficiency or a strong willingness to learn the creation of self-facing video content for social media platforms.
Business Development Manager Qualifications and Skills:
- Inside/Outside Sales Experience: The right fit for this position will be comfortable discussing our services with potential owner clients over the phone, with the emphasis on in person closing
- In Person Meetings and Business Development Experience: This position requires daily face-to-face interaction with potential clients or business partners. Strong interpersonal skills would be required with proven ability to close business.
- History of Proven Sales Performance.
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Availability during normal business hours and occasionally after hours or on weekends
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Client-Facing Professional Appearance.
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred.
This position is fully remote. This candidate must live in the Houston area to meet with potential clients face-to-face, attend networking events, and build relationships in the local real estate market.
Pay:
· Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
$300 monthly Health Insurance Stipend
· Commission: Generous Commission Structure (No cap on commission)
Total on Target Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000+ (Unlimited Income)
Unlimited Paid Time Off
