Job Description Inside Sales Representative
Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative responds to customer inquiries and maintains high client satisfaction and existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain positive and collaborative business relationships to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients as well as the development of account plans
- Provide client relationship management for new and existing clients in an effort to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives
- Cultivate existing client relationships to maximize Buyers satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their needs and business objectives
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
- Travel to conventions and trade shows and represent the Company in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT Department on resolving Buyers enhancement requests.
Specific tasks may change as the needs of the business progress.
Requirements:
- High school diploma is required;
- Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer relationships and make recommendations for each account
- Proven analytical and computer skills
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields is preferred;
- 2+ years experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus);
- 2+ years experience in sales and account management;
- Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach;
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, changing environment that is going through high growth;
- Proficient in excel, Power BI, data analytics tools.
