Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment projects and for successfully delivering those projects to our customers. This will be achieved by supporting our Inside Sales team to learn our processes and ultimately deliver on our high standards for customer satisfaction and success.
Job responsibilities:
- Making equipment selections based on estimating and submittals
- Entering orders and managing order fulfillment
- Ensuring that projects are executed on time and meet all deadlines
- Preparing financial reporting for managed projects
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Coordinating jobsite requirements
- Providing technical support for contractor customers
- Managing multiple project schedules at one time
- Maintaining communication with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff
- Assisting with Inside Sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of project management in the HVAC industry or related experience
- An advanced understanding of HVAC Systems and the Construction Industry
