Project Manager / Account Manager

Destroy Drive provides its customers with compliant and secure on-site data destruction services around the world. With the continued high growth of the internet, cloud computing and the ever-growing amount of data on our planet, old or expired computers need to be cleaned of data before disposal and recycling. Destroy Drive provides service companies and data centers a simple, safe and secure solution to wipe clean or physically destroy hard drives.

As a spin-off of a 20-year old IT asset disposition and recycling company, Destroy Drive is an exciting, young, independent company experiencing high growth and is looking to expand its team.

The Project Manager is a key member of our team and drives Destroy Drive’s success. Once a client has been onboarded, the Project Manager coordinates and manages individual transactions between client and Destroy Drive’s technical engineers. Tasks to be preformed are:

• Respond to inbound client requests
• Confirm which data destruction service is to be performed
• Establish service delivery date / time
• Collect client location and job tracking information
• Coordinate and schedule technicians domestically and overseas
• Collect required contractor information for scheduling and data center access
• Order entry in to billing system
• Data Entry in to tracking system
• Complete client documentation once project is complete

Skills and Experience:

• Strong writing communication skills
• Email, MS-Word, and MS-Spreadsheet
• Work with online systems (exposure to QuickBooks a plus)
• Experience in any document driven industry (electronics recycling(+), data destruction(+), real estate, financial services, BPO, VAR)

• Maintain accurate records and documentation – attention to detail
• Timeliness
• Involvement in recruiting processes
• Weekly tracking of financials of projects
• Work in unison with engineers and customers to keep clear communication

Position: Temp to Perm – Part time (for approximately 1 month) to Full Time $45,000/yr
